  1. Same old Atila *yawn*. ::o It was a good game last night. Chelsea were at their fighting best and United looked pretty good in parts too. Soft penalty, but despite the conspiracy theorists on here (Atila), they happen to everyone. Shame about the result but I still don't think Arsenal have got what it takes to win the league. What a shame some of their best players are out for important games coming up.
  2. Amen Jah. Great stuff Birmingham.
  3. Pretty turgid from us last night. I guess there's a few key players out but United need to buck up their ideas for the run in or it could all fall to pieces.

  5. Hmm, Leyton or Arsenal in the next round. I'm rooting for Leyton. ;) Maybe we can get Bebe and Obertan out for a bit more practice....
  6. You can join my club Mick. :'(
  7. I thought MM changed his team according to who he had money on that season? His heart's always in Scotland, his head is where ever his wallet is. That's fair enough if you ask me.
  8. Here, here....
  9. Can we just say they are both great achievements then!? As is this....The Special One.
  10. Yes, that Messi 'goal' would have changed the whole game.
  11. The problem with the top leagues in Europe and arguably the top leagues anywhere is that, at best, there's a handful of clubs who can win the league. Saying one Spanish side is better than one Italian side is a pointless comparison because it's all relative. The only thing you can say is that both teams are top of their league. Therefore both English teams got a good result. I would add that beating a team away would seem to me to be more of an achievement than beating them at home but the way Barca played last night, in the first half at any rate, it was like they were playing at home.
  12. Hmmm. Italian....
  13. Yeah, well played by Arsenal last night. Never gave up. It'll be a cracker in the Nou Camp whatever way it goes and if United don't get to the final an Arsenal v Spurs or Chelsea or any one of those combinations would be a great watch. I'd be supporting Spurs of course. ;)

SAF would have > put a week side out and probably got beaten for > arrogance We've never been a team to rely on one goalscorer BR. Berba is top goalscorer so far this season so it matters little that Rooney isn't scoring, what matters is that he's helping to make goals which I regard as coming into form. 15 assists means he's helped score 15 goals. That's pretty good in anyone's book. P.S. Would wouldn't have been beaten by the best of Greece.
  15. Oh come on BR. Rooney's been making goals for everyone else for a while now. He's on the up without a doubt. As for tonight.....COYS!! Lennon was magic for the goal and Crouchio 4 in 7! Out of interest, who are Aris? ;-)
  16. 'bout now Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Narnia, Sandperson, apparently his first touch is > pants? > > Big talent, big game player. A goal to grace any > game, wonderful. At the time it was true. He was out of form and his touch was terrible. I guess he's been practicing. ;) Now, where's BR?
  17. You can see who I am here: Cooeee! This is not a cycnical attempt to get people to sponsor me...
  18. Here, here. Waste of everyone's time.
  19. Not really. Just pointing out that you are wrong.

Erm, it's the corporate office...sponsorship, global client stuff. The club administration is still at OT and Carrington. Maybe you should read the article rather than just picking out random words that suit your (rather poor) joke.
  21. Ah, time to trot out some of the favourites from the old jokes home.
  22. Always a bad idea I think. Even people walking whilst on their phones are a nightmare.
  23. Hello all. I've signed up again for the London Marathon this year and although I've got a place through the ballot I thought it would be a good opportunity to raise a bit of money for charity. I ran two years ago for the 999 Club and I'm going to try and get some cash together for them this year. They are a great local charity, you can find out more about them here: Website!] And you can sporsor me here: Virgin Money sponsorship page! Any help, large or small is much appreciated.
  24. Well, I guess we'll see. I think there's a few in your team who you've paid over the odds for. Rosicky, Arshavin, Bendtner for example. The Arsenal have had an excellent season and looking back over the results they've had they are unlucky to be second. It's going to be an interesting run in.
  25. Haha. I think being four up and only getting a point is a bit more gutting. It seems whatever you are paying your team it's not enough to defend a four goal lead.
