  1. A resurgent Liverpool, a competative City and Arsenal. Next season could be a classic!
  2. Hey! Both of the comments were taken in good humor! The only comment I didn't like was the one about me still jogging around. I'm slow, but not that slow. ;-)
  3. 36 years and counting BR....tick tock indeed. I also don't think you're right about that record. The next day most of the Bolton fans had left before it had even been set off.
  4. There was a few of them on the pitch for the 6-0 drubbing of United in the youth game too! ::o
  5. Alan and Atticus, don't expect a balanced 'chat' with Matt when it comes to United. I notice he hasn't been on here when we beat Chelsea to talk about the game but as soon as there's a bit of controversy with a United player he's in for the wind-up. Wait until his mucker Emerson turns up. BR, well played by City on Saturday, they really played in the second half. Shame our defence decided to give you a helping hand. Still, it's all set up for blue tears when Stoke beat you and it's only taken 30 years and one of the richest men in the world to get you to an FA cup final. :))

    Marathon

    That was horrible.
  7. There's another picture of me here. And a chance to sponsor me! :))
  8. I'm blushing. Comrade Neville?! Really?
  9. Yes....why?
  10. Three really top quality goals as well Anna.
  11. Not lycra but my running vest is red, black and white, the colours of Crystal Palace Triathletes by a happy coincidence. Photographic evidence!

Such an achievement. Hey! They show off my finely turned ankle!
  13. Ok, if they decide to do this can we have laws that make sure that drivers who kill cyclists are suitably punished? The terms given to most drivers, even those proven to be negligent or driving dangerously, who kill cyclists are a joke.
  14. If only I knew someone who worked fir a sponsor... Someone like Aon maybe. ;)
  15. Lots of pasta, potato, rice and High 5 4:1 before. I've just done 5 miles, I'll do ten on sunday (I've got 10 mile cycling TT tomorrow morning). A couple of easy runs next week. I'd love a massage afterwards but I think it'll be more like the day off work, compression tights and a couple of pints.
  16. Sorry Anna. You know what it's like on here sometimes. Totally agree about the tickets. I'd love to go but it would be a bit 'fair weather' of me. I know there was also the debate on the other side of this, certainly at United, about the season ticket holders and the automatic cup ticket scheme which meant they had to buy the tickets whether they waned them or not. I think this has been revised now.
  17. If I had a season ticket I would be guaranteed one. If I had any spare cash or time I would have one. Thanks for the advice though. :))
  18. I'm running the marathon the next day and it's my daughter's birthday so no chance. I also don't have a lovely lassie to get me tickets. :)
  19. A good performance from United last night, although the away goal doesn't mean very much, a win's a win. I thought we controlled the game well although Torres should have done better and there was a good shout for a penalty at the death. I think we could have the measure of them at OT but I wouldn't want to play Barca or Real like that.
  20. Gosh, you are in a bad mood today.
  21. You poor deluded fool.

Have you not noticed how many people have disappeared from this thread since you came back from your second (or was it third?) ban?
  23. Who have Arsenal got in this round? Oh, hang on.....:)) I don't remember you being such a fan of Adebayor when he was playing over here.
  24. I should think the EDT, The Actress, The Vale and so on.
  25. Annasfield Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > From the website that sells "Without killing > anyone babygrows". Lovely. There's plenty of Liverpool fans who'll sing about Munich etc Anna. As I am sure you don't condone that I don't condone the baby grows. I've never been to the website before, it was a link from a friend. What has what's for sale on another part of the website got to do with the facts of that story? Just another blinkered excuse to not debate the facts and muddy the waters.
