New owners are now in place and it's a vast improvement. Much less cluttered - feels airy and fresh. Much better service - they're ore organised and have a sensible system going. So far so good - early days yet, but I for one am glad!

This must surely be one of the worst run cafes in London. Last Saturday I queued for 30 minutes before finally tottering to my friends with our coffees. There is no sensible system; the staff are constantly in each other's way and the speed of service flows between slow and stop!

Agreed! Feels more like you've stumbled into the One O'Clock Club than a cafe in too many places :(
