I would also recommend Marven and his Sky High Builders team. Marven has done my loft, Kitchen extension and a number of other smaller projects including a bike shed since I moved here 4 years ago. The work is always done to a really high standard and as Oscar_R says Marven is onsite to over see the work extremely regularly. The team are all charming and I have always felt very comfortable having them in the house, which is a really important factor for a single Mum! The other really important aspect is that every effort is made to clear up at the end of the day. If there are any problems, (and in old houses these are normally due to the existing structures) Marven or his team are back onsite immediately to sort it out. I can't imagine having building work done by anyone else now.
