Ratty, Please leave some feedback on the NHS Choices site. You can see what others have written as well. Go into the website, click on comments section and then put Melbourne Grove in the top right hand search box.

A good place to leave feedback on any medical practice is http://www.nhs.uk/ - NHS choices. It's a site that the practices/surgeries look at. They are also supposed to respond to any comments left. It's also the site that potential employees will also look at when deciding whether or not to accept a job there.

Maxxi, Yes, it is very dispiriting. Perhaps you could send your thoughts to the email addresses I have given above, even if you do leave.

I wanted to add that Melbourne Grove is currently being run by locum doctors only. There is no regular GP or nurse either.
