Ha! I tried an air pressure water pistol but a crossbow sounds much better. Has anyone got night vision googles? It's always at 4am, too dark to see targets. Scooby

Yes we have actually seen the cats making noise twice around dawn. I guess it could be foxes as well. Sounds like there isn't much we can do apart from move (!). I don't think I could put up with this every year.

Thanks, I have tried two kinds of earplugs but unfortunately it doesn't solve the problem. Also my partner can't wear them.

Hello, I live on Tarbert Road and frequently get woken for hours at night by screaming cats. I thought it might pass but it's been going on for over a month. I don't know who owns the cats, it seems to be more than one and there are a lot of cats in the area. I can't think of how I can locate the owner, or even if they can do anything, but lack of sleep is a big problem. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem, or if anyone has a solution?
