went this morning, they open 07:30 and close 15:45 arrived at 07:50 and there was a 18 person wait... so worth getting there early! -
It's not necessarily near, but there's a great community led shop near Elephant & Castle, it's called fareshares http://fareshares.org.uk/ take your own packaging for grains and other dried foods. Do It Together Bike workshop next door
