Hi - in clearing out the shed recently I found a stash of the old brown paper bags we used to use in Southwark for leaves and garden clippings. Does anyone know if they will still be collected if I use them? Can't find anything on the Southwark web site - they might be too old to be queried anymore! Many thanks for any info
