Hi I worke at a nursery and we used to find that if you take your child out and get them to choose a special 'milk' mug we called them. They used to get exited about their new cup! And also feel I control, not like you are taking away something they love but replacing it with a ' grown up cup etc... Used to work a treat. Hope it helps

hi, my daughter is 10 weeks old and woke up this morning with two red spots (looks like chickenpox) on her cheek, she has been not herself for the last week and also last night and this morning has developed a cold and slight cough. i checked her body and spots were staring to come up over her back and a few on her belly. but i checked again a few hours later and they have appeared to have gone off her back and are a bit faded on her face. she does have a slight temperature and was trying to rub her face where the spots were. anyone have any ideas whats going on? thaks x

MY baby is 4 and a half weeks old and i have been breast feeding without any majour issues until now. I think its a plugged milk duct. My boob has a hard bit in it quite close to the top that is very sore to touch and hot, but i dont seem to be having a problem with milk flow? has anyone had anything similar? im in a lot of pain!

HI, im being induced on monday at 38 weeks im feeling quite nervous about it. Does anyone have any advice?

Im with the Lanes practice. there are six woman and i have had the best care i could of asked for!!!! if you can get in with them they are amazing!!!!!

did you have the drip or pessaries or both? and did any of you ladies have to have help eg forceps c section ect...?

Hi, I'm going to be induced at 37 weeks Due to a medical condition. Has anyone Had any experience with this. I'm scared about being induced As I've heard it might not work? Has anyone had success with an early Induction?

Hi, I am pregnant with my first baby and was just wondering if there were any places / clinics around where i could go to have some reflexology and acupuncture to try and bring on labour. Im looking at an early induction and want to try and avoid the drip. Any ideas? or has anyone had the therapies and found them helpful thanks!!! Lily

Hi I work at a Nursery in west Dulwich. I do find that the children that are there more than one day a week do settle better. I'm currently on maternity leave but I was working at Rainbow Smiles day Nursery. Its A five day a week nursery but you can put your child in as long as you want. Im pretty sure they have spaces. The staff there are lovely. Its 117 Rosendale road if your interested and the owner is called Tariq. Hope this helps.

If a child of that age is constipated it's normally because the are dehydrated. I would make sure they are drinking plenty of water and oranges are also good. I work at a nursery and find that this is usually the case. Hope it helps
