  1. Hi Rosa, I looked at the pics, it's hard to tell if it's Coz, he is a cat with quite a big frame (even if he's lost alot of weight). He's also quite gregarious, so if it was him i'd be surprised if he was timid but he may have regressed after being on the streets for 6 months. my number is 07809640218, do give me a call, and thanks for calling Celia Hammond and not the RSPCA idiots, CH are much more competent! Also, if you do see him, try calling him Cosmo, Cozzy or Coz...you never know...
  2. Are you trying to be funny, bopbi89?
  3. Hi Razor, No sign of Cosmo still, I look out for him every day but I'm kind of resigned to the fact that much as I love him, I think he's gone for good, I just hope wherever he is that he's happy and that I'll see him again on the other side. xx
  4. As the wonderful Bill Hicks put it: I'm Jim Fixx and I'm dead now. And I don't know what the f*ck happened. I jogged every day, ate nothing but tofu, swam five hundred laps every morning. Yul Bryner drank, smoke, and got laid every night of his life, Yul Bryner's smokin', drinkin', girls are sitting on his cueball noggin, every night of his life! He's dead. Shit!
  5. So sorry, you must be devastated, our thoughts are with you and him.
  6. very cute, looks like it's owned by someone and is just being a bit greedy!
  7. Cravings, next to the White Horse, Peckham Rye
  8. Hi Singalto, see my post above...I looked at the other post again and it also seemed like Kismet said this cat had his 'equipment' intact which wasn't the case with Coz!
  9. They're Wolf Spiders, completely harmless and great bug control as the other posters point out, please don't eradicate them!
  10. Thanks Zepp! I did have a look but it doesn't look like him, his coat is more sleek and short and his face is more pointy like a siamese, but I will check with the wife to make sure...
  11. Thank you, Dulwich Girl, it's nice to know people still care.
  12. Hi, It's Mr Broken Record again, I just thought I would make one more try. As you can see above, Cosmo went missing on the 23rd December 2015, just wondering if anyone has seen a BIG (although prob a bit thin now), hungry, black cat recently, very noisy, should like people, fairly confident, lost in the Grove Park/Camberwell/Bellenden rd area. He also has a bit of a tic, he often shakes his head like he's got something in his ears. Thank you
  13. Hi, Just to say that unfortunately it wasn't Cosmo, but a very sweet little cat...but thank you for for your help and consideration, Dazeykat, it was much appreciated...and the search goes on
  14. Absolutely, but I don't want to get my hopes up too much, we've had a few disappointments!
  15. Hi, I lost my cat Cosmo at xmas, and haven't heard a squeak since...it's hard to tell from one photo, but, is he big? does he make a lot of noise, meowing? Coz also used to do this thing where he would flick his head like he had something in his ears, does he do that?...would it be possible to come over and have a look, maybe after work? My number is 07809640218 and my name is Bruce, thank you so much for posting this!
  16. see if you can get a picture of it and post it, there are so many lost cats, it could well be one...and if you can, try and take it to the vets to have it scanned for a chip
  17. Thank you so much Rox, I live in hope every day, he's such a wonderful cat.
  18. Agreed, how can you let a 'very injured' cat just limp off? I can't believe no-one had the sense to take it to a vet or Celia Hammond...idiotic
  19. is he/she ok? Has it's chip been scanned?
  20. Thank you for your kindness, hopefully it's owner will get some closure. I lost my black cat Cosmo at xmas, I thought it might be him but he is chipped, so I'm pretty sure it isn't, I just wish I knew what has happened to him...it's been nearly 4 months and I still think about him every day.
  21. That's awful news, so sorry to hear that, he looks lovely.
  22. So sorry, man, I know how shitty it feels, I wish you the best of luck. Bruce
  23. Thank you so much, I miss him waiting for me at the front door when I cycle back from work, meowing 'where have you been'? and taking up most of the bed when he cuddled up to us at night...if I don't get him back I just hope someone else is looking after him and giving him alot of love. Bruce & Bron
  24. I'm sorry to sound like a broken record, but my boy Cosmo is still missing, there's been a huge hole in my life...it's been 9 weeks and we haven't seen or heard anything (bar a couple of possible sightings which haven't really come to anything)...he should be hard to miss, he's a very big black cat who loves food and attention and will let you know it! Answers to 'Cozzy' Please PM me if you see or hear anything in the Peckham Rye/Camberwell area...or anywhere really (we are in Grove Park). Thank you Bruce
  25. Once again, there seem to be alot of lost cats, and I just wanted to say, don't worry, your kitty will probably be back in a couple of days, but just in case we found this very useful: [www.catchat.org] I hope it helps...and Good Luck!
