This is a great thread! I am not related to the original poster, but I too am planning to move to East Dulwich on December/January, and I am simply delighted to find such board. I would like to add another question if that is ok: how do you compare the area around the East Dulwich Train to the other end of Lordship Lane. Is it busier, but still safe?
