  1. Hi - I wish there had been a thread on this earlier in the year after the birth of my second child... I really wanted to recommend the wonderful Pilates teacher, Karen Meek, whose email is: [email protected] I had a relatively severe gap and sessions with Karen have bought it down to what is considered normal. I was upset having been diagnosed and really thought I would never be able to repair the muscles at all but (along with a brilliant physio -Emma Hunter from EH Physio), I feel so grateful to have found Karen. She has a brilliant knowledge and understanding of this issue and is very encouraging, it can be helped!
  2. Just to say my 3.5 year old does Miss Danni's street dance class at St Barnabus during term time and she absolutely loves it! She also does Ballet with her at the Goose Green Centre during term time. Danni is a great teacher and the kids seem to learn alot whilst having great fun. So i'm sure this class at the leisure centre is great too - very Highly recommended!
  3. My daughter (who is 2.5 years old) has also started this class at 2.20 and she loves it. I agree with Tara that Miss Dani is a really good teacher and knows exactly how to engage my toddler and make her have laugh and have fun - at the same time as challenging her to learn new things and concentrate (as much as she can for her age!). It's only a small class at the moment but I can't recommend it highly enough, we only had our second class yesterday and are already looking forward to next week.
