Dragon Castle dim sum is excellent, we like it for dinner too.

We are moving to the Kent Coast imminently, London has just got too noisy, too big, too busy for us. We will miss the area and our beloved Peckham Rye but it feels like the right thing to do.

It is not an HMO because it is not intended for permanent occupation, it's envisioned that people will stay for a couple of nights. Completely different scenario. That's not to say I think it's a good idea but let's just be clear on what is being planned.

Wildflower is going to be in Peckham Levels, the multi storey car park.

Not East Dulwich but The White Horse and The Montpelier have music but it is usually kept down until later at night.

I am at DMC Chadwick Road - initially went for a blood test but they invited me to have a flu jab (I am immunosuppressed) then the nurse checked me out for everything, including asking about the Pneumonia jab - I had it back in 1997 when I had my first transplant and was told never have it again but was very impressed it was there if I needed it. I'm 55. Must say the DMC surgery in Chadwick Road has improved enormously over the last couple of years.

We had ours at The Lordship, great team, lovely food, nothing was too much trouble.

Another recommendation for Colin - he has repainted the walls and ceiling of our very large living/kitchen/dining room. Done an excellent job, advised us on paint, finished when he said he would and the place looks fab! He is also a pleasure to work with, lovely man.

That Companies House record shows they have taken out a loan to buy the lease or the freehold, so not rolling in cash...

There was a consultation meeting held by Wandle a couple of weeks ago - as a resident of Aura Court next door I was invited but couldn't make it, but they are supposed to be posting information on their website but haven't seen anything yet.

That's a shame Sue - I rather like it and it is such good value for slap bank in theatretown.

The menu is very similar to that of Brasserie Zedel at Piccadilly Circus, including the cheese pricing - something I applaud, this kind of French Bistro cooking is disappearing but l love it - fully in accord with Louisa on this one.

The school uniform shop on Rye Lane is still there.

I have had similar experiences with several Auction Houses - they are very unlike the jovial ones portrayed on Flog It, where your precious item is at least talked up a bit. I think private sale is the only way to go if you really want to get the value, rather than just dispose of things. So hard clearing houses for departed relations.

Next door to Mr Bao is going to be barbers, Voodoo are after the big double fronted unit just along from that. Brown papered shop along from Pedler is Pizza Pickup.

In the interest of balance I find DMC Chadwick Road OK. You can get repeat prescriptions and appointments online which is very convenient and there hasn't been too high a turnover of GPs recently.
