Both Youngs pub co. Cherry tree £80 p/p, £30 children for Christmas Day Clockhouse £75 p/p. £35 for children Christmas Friends used the cherry tree last year and enjoyed it

Bumping this as Aston did a few painting touch ups in my flat the other week. He also assembled a flat pack coat stand in no time. He turned up as agreed and left everything clean and tidy after. Aston is a nice guy and I was happy with the work

Absolutely identical make, model and > colour. Yes - the idea is to ?clone? the same make/ model and colour car. We had a dealership marking on one of the number plates which we had luckily noticed and had a photo of and provided to the police (who weren?t that interested) and to TFL etc for congestion charges etc which came in as the number plate links back to the registered keeper per DVLA. Sorry to hear Sandyman. Had x2 cards posted to me 14/15th Dec arrive on NYE. Spoke to the postman this morning (I bumped into him as I was going out). He?s the semi regular one we have He said they are currently prioritising lateral flow test boxes over everything else He?s never seen it so bad in 20 odd years. Only anecdotal but not ideal at all. We?re near Fenwick road/ P Rye park It?s been 18m+ of poor service, worsened by covid.

Hi, Further to the above comments - I can also recommend Andy. Andy was able to fit me in a short notice recently to assemble some furniture after I had been let down last week He communicates clearly (he even made notes before starting) and is very pleasant to deal with. Andy clearly cares and takes pride in his work. There was zero mess left I have asked him to quote on some other jobs I need looking at. Thanks Andy

Hi, Do you live in a block building or an individual flat* There may have been a nearby flood claim in the last 3-5 years e.g. Basements can flood after heavy rain. Your postcode may have flagged as being nearby a recent claim. It Doesn't just mean you live near a river! Feel free to ask for more information from the broker or insurer. Do shop around but make sure you understand what you are getting. It's Usually cheaper to combine buildings and contents cover. * if in a block of flats the individual flats would usually need to take out their own separate contents cover but the building would be insured as one policy for all the flats.
