I have had a package delivered to my house on Upland Road, addressed to an Ami Woods, and I would like to try and get it to her. I have only recently moved into the area and to my knowledge there is no history of an Ami Woods living at the house either as a tenant or a previous owner. I believe the package may be part of an ebay transaction as there is no covering letter or sender details and the contents of the parcel look distinctly like something one might purchase on ebay. Does anyone in the area know Ami? The postwoman who delivered it suggested that if the Royal Mail took back the package, it would just get destroyed as there are no sender details. Thanks

Indie, Our house has been underpinned too and Halifax Home Insurance are perfectly happy to insure us for building and contents. It's a bit more expensive of course, despite the significantly lower risk of further subsidence, but that's just the way it goes. I don't suppose insurance companies will ever get it. Good luck!
