Hi, I have a 3 year old and we stopped using pull ups a few weeks ago, we make sure she goes to toilet before sleep and I woke her up around 11pm before I go to bed. It works this way, she does hold it for the rest of the night.

I am in the same situation, anyone has any experience about Alleyns and Japps? Not sure how to prepare our little one.
