I have seen huge rats running across marmora road, also i have found three big dead one in my back garden. Today i have found another dead rat right by my back door. Any ideas what i can do? I have phoned pest control and spoke to the enviomental health people, but getting no where fast.

I had my back door open and didnt realise i have a visitor untill i went to put my son to bed and saw a massive rat in my sons bedroom! Took a hour and a call on a friend to come round to get the nasy dirty rat out! It was so big and made horrible noises. I am a housing Asso tennet my garden is kept well but the tennents upstairs have let their bit over grow and i know the rats are hidding in that jungle some where!

This is awlful, Makes me wonder what type of dogs they were? I have a staffy cross who is a gentle loving dog! yet they get a bad name! I wouldnt be supprised if they were jack russels or some small dog! My dog gets attack at the park by small breads! Just proves its not the breed! its how the owners make them. My heart gose out to that poor little cat! may he rest in peace in animal heaven.

swarm of bee's today on friern rd

I had that problem a few years ago! I live in marmora road and my window was coverd in bees! for days in hot waether i had to keep my windows shut! Then a friend told my there is a hive in one of the gardens, so figured they came from there! I called the bee keeper out! and slowly dissapeard and never been back since. -

i just find if funny! Somthing i would see on a teenagers facebook! Think both east dulwich and west dulwich are really not much differnt! I like both and I like dulwich village! Dose kinda remind me of the ALI G film! LOL ;-)

I went to see whats on the west dulwich forum! As was told it was quite good! Only to find a great big roll of posts slagging of east dulwich and our forums! Saying how bad east dulwich is, and lots more! Well i like all of dulwich and dont see much differnce at all.

A group of girls who live in marmora road sold all their old toys and books in a jumble sale that started of in the car park in peckham rye park, then moved to Marmora road. They worked very hard and gave up so much to raise money for breast cancer charity! Weldone to them for their hard work and am proud of them, also Praise gose to their parents too! for supplying such yummy cakes to sale! Weldone all :-)

That dog still dose that on the pavement! But it wasnt him, It was a very deep bark, like from a bigger dog.

I live in Marmora road, Lastnight i was kept awake by a dog barking constantly! Not sure which house it came from but im sure im not the only person who herd it! If you did hear it and know the person please mention this to them as it is a nusance and not fare on the dog it was left alone all night!

Im sorry for your loss! But i have been informed that the golf club was not open on that day! Are you sure they came out of there? maybe they come from the road close by? Not all cars parked on the privet road near the golf club go in the golf club. I live on marmora road and i know the cars do go down too fast! somthing needs to be done, and also the parking is just a joke!
