  1. Hi everyone - my second baby is due at the end of March. Very tired and very sick so hoping to feel better soon!
  2. Hi we go to boppin tots on a Monday http://www.boppintots.co.uk/page11.htm nearest one near Kent House station - easy to get to on 176 or 197 bus. You don't need to book, just turn up, ?4 a session. Lots of music, dancing and instruments for little ones to play. Definitely recommend it. Next session is 9 May.:)
  3. Oh I remember this well! I don't think your milk supply is dwindling, it's just that after b/fing for 7 weeks or so your body has adjusted and is producing roughly how much your baby needs. This is just in my experience, from what I remember, I'm no expert! When your baby has a growth spurt, it takes your body at least a day or two to start producing more milk so whatever you do it'll take time. The only thing I can suggest is to try expressing at roughly the same time every day (and as you say, morning is best). Are you using the little freezer bags you can by for expressing? I used to keep one in the fridge and add to it during the day - for example if baby only fed one side during a feed, I'd express from the other side and keep it in the fridge, then freeze at the end of the day.
  4. Hi mumofzoe - my childminder has got some free places; she works Tues-Thurs - I don't know if that's any good for you? She's based in ED. She's been looking after my son for 18 months and he's very happy there. PM me for more details if you'd like more info. I know how hard it is to find someone in ED!
