  1. Do hope so but I have just been speaking to a couple who have said they are having problems with no reception on O2.
  2. Vodafone do have a forum on their website www.vodafone.co.uk Have posted a message and suggest others do the same.
  3. Spent well over an hour last night trying to get through to someone who could actually give me information. After speaking to 3 or 4 people I, too, was told there was absolutely no fault with reception. Had to explain in detail that we had already been through the testing of the handset with them and no problems there. Apparently they have to have 10 complaints from one area before they do anything. One person said she knew there had been problems with various sites and put me through to tech dept from which I got a recorded message to dial 191 - which was the number dialled anyhow! I am quite happy to add my name to any official complaint - I live off Honor Oak Rise. I see Vodafone used to have a forum - will look to see if it still exists.
  4. The problem with reception in Forest Hill Road seems to have re-surfaced this afternoon and evening. Is anyone else experiencing problems again?
  5. There is one mast going up in Brockley and one in Nunhead, both apparently in April, according to Vodafone. I, too, live on a hill, and calls are dropped every time a plane goes overhead. Anyone suffering from last week's problem in Forest Hill Road should apply for a refund - Vodafone say they will be refunding me. Not holding my breath, particularly as their response to my first enquiry regarding the problem was that it would be fixed when the new masts go up!
  6. They must have softened their stance then. Co-owner sold his half share to his business partner, who said no alcohol could be purchased on premises,. We had a conversation about imposing their views on their customers, and they said the restaurants in Brick Lane do not serve alcohol.
  7. Thanks would love to come but have to be away on business tomorrow till Tues.
  8. Am not a member of your curry club - but be warned - take your own drink - last time we went Omrith informed us they no longer have an alcohol licence, but you can take your own. Or they suggested drinking alcohol before or after the meal elsewhere!
  9. Also been having same problem. Vodafone technical department say they "are working on the fault" and don't know when it will be fixed. Something to do with channels - my radio started playing without headphones of its own accord.
