I've had very good support from Cllr James Barber over a planning application. If you get together as a gang with others similarly offended you've more chance of a hearing. The ticketing of parents dropping off outside schools was thought to be one of the reasons Camden(???) council changed hands at the last local elections............ Might explain the reluctance.
