  1. Always looking for keen runner partners if you want company! I'm not that quick mind. PM if interested.
  2. " although there is a whole other debate about whether it is really reaching new audiences or catering for the same well-heeled crowd as it would in Sloane Square" It seemed to me to be a classic ED type crowd. It was pretty obvious walking from Bar Story who was heading to the theatre.
  3. I went on Sat night. Defo worth going to support local theatre etc. I wasn't blown away, but then you can pay what you can afford. Which is nice.

  5. me too...I like it also. Seems very similar. Don't like hacking though!
  6. I think it perfectly hits the demographic, your research must have been impeccable.
  7. Last time I looked at the stats, East Dulwich was the safest ward in the borough.
  8. Ditto - M4 is by far the best route if you can get to it in good time and the best route is over Vauxhall bridge and hug the river. South Circular out to the M3 is a nightmare 100% of normal driving times. Saying that we left to go to East Devon at 4am one morning and flew down the A303 in no time atr all. I would strongly suggest you leave early and stop for a leisurely lunch all MM suggestion.
  9. Sorry but what a load of crap Hackblade. I understand your concerns about lack of the kinds of equipment you need but to dismiss people that don't do free weights as going through the motions and don't want to push themselves is a load a shite and perhaps is the kind of attitude that Fusion don't want to encourage. I have a vision of you sneering at people on CV machines as if it isn't proper exercise.

Disagree with this - i am daily reader and they quite often take the p1ss out of themselves. Mostly in G2 though.
  11. I thought it was great - could walk through it much more quickly than normal!
  12. I fear that this thread will be in no way representative of the result. I wonder if anyone in ED has the balls to justify their No Vote?
  13. Voted Yes with hope but zero expectation
  14. in traf square laughing and having fun.
  15. agreed completely. but if they don't then i would sort it out myself!
  16. Sorry if this sounds harsh - but i would have sorted it out a lot quicker than 2 1/2 years, would have spoken to HR, Facilities or whoever else to fix it. If that failed i would have bought one myself and expensed it or taken the hit. I would have taken responsibility of my own health rather than letting my company do so.

I get mine from SMBS - i guess it is from the same family as cous cous and bulgar wheat type things. Nice light carb addition to make a healthy meal a bit more sustantial. Cook like rice, in water or stock for 10-15 mins until it sucks up all the water.
  19. Healthy Dinner number 1 - Chicken and Quinoa Salad Stuff - Chicken, Quinoa, Spring Onions, Avocado, Red Pepper, Lemon, Herbs. Cook Quinoa as packet instructions and leave to one side Cut Avocado into small chunks and add to Quinoa. Griddle or fry Spring Onions and Red Pepper in small bit of olive oil and add to Quinoa mix. Griddle chicken with some olive oil and lemon juice, when cooked at to Qunioa mix. Add salt and peper, rest of lemon juice and mint or coriander to taste. Healthy dinner, done - think this is stolen from a book. Food Doctor one i think. Really nice taste and texture to the meal.
  20. Just subscribing to the Daily Bacon - looks good
  21. Surely there is more advice than this out there from the good folk of ED. I am starting to listen to Podcasts and would welcome some tips Any advice?

Saying that I am sucker for SMBS which sells expensive veg with dirt on. But at least you can buy what you want and not what someone tells is the right amount through packaging
