I have a friend who has a broken bed, she rents the room through a property agency. The bed is crap and the slats constantly fall through the bed. The property agent says as the bed was not part of the original inventory the landlord does not have to replace it. Is this fair? I think the whole issue is slightly clouded. People, Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. Had an initial trawl through old posts but most go back to last year an a lot can change in technology. I have changed jobs and will be based partially from home - as such will be given a laptop, 3G card (don't know what that is) phone etc. Have no landline in the house and no broadband and need to get both. Service more important than cost. Someone told me just to ring BT and get them to sort it all out. Would anyone disagree? Or have a better idea? Thanks in advance.

The Six Nations is the big winner (mwah mwah) this year. It really needed a big open tournament. Definately think bonus points should be introduced for try scoring (like the European Cup)as too much is decided on points difference. And if you avoid going to Rome this gives you a big advantage.
