  15. I think the kindle fire kids edition is a great shout. Currently ?79.99. A lot less than an iPad. And a 2 year no quibble they break Amazon replace it guarantee. Also comes with all he education games package Amazon kids included for first year. We had an innotab. And it wasn't really used as much as I'd had hoped very slow and kids are used to iPads. Mine have the kids edition kindle fires coming from their nan this year.

  17. http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?29,1595681,1595715#msg-1595715 I recently posted and received some really helpful advice. Definitely don't wait for the NHS/ GP referral.. I've been seeing an osteopath once a week and she's wonderful. I now have an appointment to see a physio at St Thomas's but it's 6 weeks after I initially went to the GP I was in a lot of pain but the osteopath has been great. I go to the charity one in Wandsworth which is specifically for children and pregnant ladies.

  20. Wow thank you all for your kind and helpful responses. Very helpful. I will indeed go back to the GP and ask to be referred to St Thomas's instead.
  21. Hi I've been looking out for this thread. Third time mum in March 2016. My older two will both be in full time school from September 2016 so definitely keen to meet mums in the area with similar aged babies. Adelle x
  22. Can anyone recommend an Osteopath for SPD in pregnancy? I've just been to the GP and have the tell tale signs. I've been referred to Kings for Physiotherapy. But wondered if anyone had been to and could recommend an Osteopath that is trained to help with SPD. Also eager to hear any other advise on how I can get to the end of this pregnancy as comfortably as possible. I'm only 22 weeks and whilst it's currently bearable I am aware it can get quite bad and I'd really like to do all I can to avoid that. Thanks for reading. Adelle x
  23. Do you want some vegetarian cook books.. I have a couple from my veggie days. There are some delicious recipes in them. Adelle
