  1. speaking as someone who crossed the river, I think ELL has had a huge impact because previously I looked at the London Tube Map in relation to my work place to decide whether to research an area. Because a lot of south east london didnt used to show up, they werent at the top of the list to check out however since ELL it opens eyes to new areas. Also a lot of the city seems to be moving towards canary wharf and media/IT companies to shoreditch, both of which are easily accessible due to ELL increasing the desirability.
  2. Its worth looking at Honor Oak Park for cheaper houses but great transport links ELL, London Bridge and Kings Cross from Crofton Park Station. Also very good primary schools in Stillness, Fairlawn etc, it wont have the ED feel but close enough to enjoy ED at the weekend.
  3. I have had temple run on android for past few months so i think the apps lag on android seems to be shortening considerably these days. I run galaxy nexus and very happy so far, little difference between my ipad apps and android apps

  5. In theory below sounds like an option but has anyone looked at feasiblity of this as this would mean people taking the bus down from HOP station would need to change buses at Honor Oak Stop meaning that they potentially need to pay twice. As some others are suggesting before we buy into election promises lets make sure the promise can get realised and i would hope anyone with the power to implement such a change has already done their homework before stating they will make this change henryb Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > The 63 could still terminate at the old Honor Oak > stop - just do a loop around Brockley Rise and > come back. 9. Zoopla and propertysnake seem to give a skewed view of property. Zoopla has incresed tha value of my place by 30% in the last year and i thought the start value was too low and now the current value too high. Zoopla in particular needs a high turnover to improve accuracy on valuation. Ourproperty is good for sold values and rightmove now does sold values with the property description, photos etc so worth a look
  10. did it the other day, go to honor oak park station, overground to Canada water (12mins) and then jubliee line to stratford (20mins). From stratford station you can directly access westfield, its by far the quickest and most relaxed journey there.

  15. I usually use the NCP car park, the first one on the left when you turn in. dependant on where you park it can actually be a shorter distance than the official car parks. I dont believe there are any restrictions on what car park you use there so you shouldnt need to justify parking.

  19. I think the anarchists who have persistently evoked violence in every recent demostration (thinking camilla and charles) seem to have got away with their contribution to the events
