  1. When they glued our lock in a previous area it stopped us from entering the house giving them time to escape via the back garden

  3. Hi Everyone, Our little one is on the move and we are thinking about a playpen but dont like the idea of keeping her caged so we dont think we will end up using it. that said, there are times when it would be useful so did you buy one? if so, was it worth it? when did you use it?

  9. I like waitrose however having shopped there for last 5yrs, various branches is it just me or does the experience/food options seem on the decline? Particularly in the last 6-9 months compared to their own standards

  11. HOP to east dulwich (upland) around 8am usually takes about 10mins, the traffic looks a lot worse than it actually is. The evening would take slightly longer between 15-20min
  12. Its pricey but we went with the angelcare audio, video and movement in the end. Haven't tested yet as little one is due in Jan. The audio monitor we would have gone with is tommee tippie

Great transport London bridge, canary wharf, shoreditch, kings cross from nearby crofton park Great parks in honor oak rec, Blyth hill etc Great restaurants in Babur, le querce,stone, try Great nights out in brockley, east dulwich All of the areas mentioned are good but HOP has its own good things and access to all the other good things nearby bordering east dulwich, nunhead, brockley,forest hill with easy access to Sydenham and crystal palace
  14. Thanks everyone, I have just seen that the dreami carrycot can fit the bee with maxi cosi car adapters. I think we may have a winner here :-)
  15. Hi Thanks for the quick response! we were initially and probably wrongly put off the bee as it didnt seem to have a fully flat back cot like the other models. How is the bee in cot mode and is it suitable for long walks?? Also what is like when walking around the parks on grass? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks
  16. Hi everyone, We are expecting our first in very early January and have been looking at travel systems for a while. We got it down to I candy peach vs bugaboo camleon with my preference being the bugaboo for blokey reasons - engineering etc with the wife liking icandy. At the baby show yesterday we were both quite impressed with the oyster in terms of weight and folding mechanism. We would like to get some real life advice on the three buggies if anyone has got a view and also how long you used the buggy before switching to a lighter stroller? Thanks

  18. Solution is to move to HOP, trains to LB, Canary Wharf via CW on your doorstep and 15min walk to crofton park will open up trains to blackfriars, city thameslink, farringdon and kings cross. The only problem is getting to lordship lane on the weekend ;-)
