  1. As the daylight hours are slowly reducing, i'm keen not to succumb to the above Generally i'm outside a lot in Winter, so I escape the worst of this, but the love of my life isn't So, i'd like to be well armed. Any tips/ideas or lamps worth buying ? I'm looking at this on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/LIGHT-THERAPY-DAYLIGHT-SUNLIGHT-LAMP/dp/B0011D3606/ref=pd_sxp_grid_i_1_0 Anyone use FLUX software ?
  2. http://cdn3.notonthehighstreet.com/system/product_images/images/001/186/660/normal_colin-s-camper-van.jpg?1372692956 Yet ANOTHER camper appears on Upland Road *sighs* *Edited to save space on admin server thingy
  3. Buy frozen berries, defrost and add to yoghurt etc . Lidl, Iceland even Waitrose sell them Much of the fresh cost allows for wastage/transport, frozen at source is more productive/cost effective You'll be fine
  4. Really, provocations/flaming aside Who actually eats the stuff and if so how many times a year/lifetime ? As a supplier i'm close to the London restaurant biz, i'm in one on average 7-10 times a week How many times have I seen it feature on a menu this year ? Twice I reckon, and then as a special, for a short time It's a non subject really Rose Veal is rightly popular tho Discuss/disect
  5. Get a room you two Sheeeesh !
  6. I blame the new rail line/bloggers/coffee Before it/them you couldn't invade/escape/broadcast/expresso with such ease KILL THE ORANGE/APPLE/CHROME MACHINES
  7. So basically its just a drinking/jazz club ironically called "The Liberal Club" Are they thinking of doing a "pop up" version at KERB anytime soon It'd go down a storm
  8. I believe a 52 year old woman was arrested about this
  9. What are Liberals btw ? Can women join ? What is "mild" ? I'll join with you tho, just to say "what the fk" whilst sipping a pint 1/2 pint of that mild

It's Sydenham Road I believe you are referring to there Otta I like to iron my best linen on the smooth footways of the manor I'm that taken with it, that i'm inclined to perambulate its inclines over the coming weekend
  11. I nominate Mr Bens gaff
  12. Is That Puppet Game Show coming back, i'd like to know ? I'd be happy to give it another shot (preferably in the head) *unlocks gun cabinet*
  13. I must say; the pavements of Sydenham are exceptionally smooth And if moving to an area hinges on the quality of its pavements, then Sydenham definitely has the X factor
  14. I live in Syders and it's gradually changed for the better year on year, I know that end and it fairly quiet tbh Sydenham Road is never going to be a dazzling high street but it is functional, it reminds me of Walworth Road since the revamp Gang Culture here's not a big thing, IMO I'd say move here and enjoy, plus really good connections to East London and beyond Oh and PFC is a world of joy & where else has a "Chef's Delight"
  15. Maybe try 5 days cheery and reserve the other 2 for grumpy/drinking/gambling
  16. Money Box Live Makes me want to kill anyone who says "ISA" *pulls out Gatling gun*

Alcohol every night ? It's not that hard to STOP in the week, tho the first week is hell on your sleep Tho the dreams/grinding rodent on a wheel thoughts are fekkin exhausting But give it a couple of weeks and you sleep the sleep (not to be confused with 'passing out' btw) of angels *if only the bladder would hold out past 6am*
  18. This 5/2 thang Does it include alcohol We switched to 5 off and 2 on a while back. Feel way better for it. Though I do try to overcome the need to get fekkin ripped to the t*ts on the weekend, takes practice but soon becomes the norm.
  19. The top end is nicer, but it's improving with time
  20. Not forgetting a blast of Dexy's Midnight Runner Plus some Donna Summer, Bee Gees and 70's disco stuff Simply Red seems to get the floor filled But smash Chis Rea's Lady in Red into (digital) pieces And some dirty bumpy house is always good when you're a few sheets to the wind
  21. Is this the W (blank blank blank blank blank blank blank) thread ?

I know exactly the place you speak of There's good and bad in all areas, whether it's street or in bricks and mortar. Went to Brockley Mkt yesterday, they've got a good balance I reckon. And Street Feast Dalston is a good ?20 start to a night out. Yes it's cranked heavy on the Hipster ranking, but still mixed enough to be enjoyable Personally, I think the London is better with it all than without Mind you I did laugh at that article, I do know of Lady "Shrimp" Balfour
