Aquarius may also, together with the constellation Pegasus, be part of the origin of the myth of the Mares of Diomedes, which forms one of The Twelve Labours of Heracles. Its association with pouring out rivers, and the nearby constellation of Capricornus, may be the source of the myth of the Augean stable, which forms another of the labours. Yep, clear as mud now ! I'm Aquarius then :-S

Ermm.. this is an american survey with suicide is at #3 , hotly followed at #4 by Malignant Neoplasms ( whatever they are ? ) Actually this could be one of Gary Crowley's subjects for a "call in" on the Danny Baker show Top 10 Causes of Death - Young Adult (25 - 29) Rank Cause of Death Total Deaths No of Deaths Percent All Deaths 17959 17959 100.00% 1 Unintentional Injury 6122 34.09% * MV Traffic 3650 20.32% * Poisoning 1310 7.29% * Drowning 227 1.26% * Fall 130 0.72% * Fire/burn 113 0.63% * Other Spec., classifiable 94 0.52% * Suffocation 87 0.48% * Firearm 75 0.42% * Other Land Transport 70 0.39% * Other Transport 69 0.38% * Pedestrian, Other 64 0.36% * Unspecified 63 0.35% * Struck by or Against 59 0.33% * Natural/ Environment 43 0.24% * Machinery 31 0.17% * Other Spec., NEC 27 0.15% * Pedal cyclist, Other 6 0.03% * Cut/pierce 4 0.02% 2 Homicide 2514 14.00% 3Suicide 2423 13.49% 4 Malignant Neoplasms 1258 7.00% 5 Heart Disease 1076 5.99% 6 HIV 500 2.78% 7 Diabetes Mellitus 229 1.28% 8 Congenital Anomalies 213 1.19% 9 Cerebrovascular 183 1.02% 10 Influenza & Pneumonia 135 0.75% -
Well I do to listen to Gary. Without him I'd never have made a "compilation" of all the static, white noise & general clicks on my old L.P's. I've also recorded ( in my mind ) an imaginary "compilation" of the horrible things I'd like to say to him. Bring back Danny in what ever state he is, even him snoring down the mic would be better Anyway "it's bottom of the hour" now, which means shopping time :) A.Curtain

Tell me where you live so I can look out for you & that sign I may need to get quite close as I can't see without my glasses, though a quick grope around usually gets my bearings In anticipation ( my specs are steaming up now ) Slow, slow, quick quick, slooooow ::o A.Curtain

David Beckham - The most over rated of men
Annette Curtain replied to Mick Mac's topic in The Lounge
"What the statesman is most anxious to produce is a certain moral character in his fellow citizens, namely a disposition to virtue and the performance of virtuous actions,* though caution when slipping one into the odd assistant, even though the missus isn't looking ." Aristotle ? I'm not so concerned about the whole statesman thing, after all what are we looking for, a saint ? Golden balls Beckham is OK in my book & at least he hasn't squandered talent or opportunity ;-) A.C * added extra -

And we wouldn't be talking about it, so your point is ? Oh yes " If he had not got hooked on drugs in the first place, he would not have been in that position." I remember now Good luck to him, though his voice freaks me out a little bit :( A.C

"I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered." George Best Can't imagine David saying this can you, still we all loved George ( the best bits ) didn't we Lush or what :) A.C -
RosieH Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Annette Curtain Wrote: > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > Dotty P's used to be the by word for classy > > Erm... Silly me, let me elucidate Of course "classy" as in, a carvan in Pagham "classy" Does that clear it up ? You're "class" Rosie, certainly on the ball Go girl :) A.C

Dotty P's used to be the by word for classy but cheap & when did you last sell out for that many millions then ? ( I'll put you down for a single room with a trouser press ) ;-) A.C

Dear me, for poor old Karen Millen now read Dorothy Perkins ,with the hem unstitched & the care label showing ( wipe your tears briefly though, Karen millen & Kevin Stamford sold out for ?65 million a piece ) So maybe not classy but clever indeed. Classy hotel in E.D , how much class can we afford ? ?50 ( with a trouser press ) or ?190 plus ( Jo Malone buttery-textured body cr?me in the en-suite )a nite I personally prefer my own bed but at a push, Egyptian 500 count linen is very lovely ( especially if someone else is paying ) :) A.C

Most men openly or secretly envy him. Many women wouldn't turn their noses up at a chance Is he great though? no, but he is very likeable. IF he were a biscuit, I'd say he'd be a Pink wafer or a Fox's Sport Biscuit. Definitely not a Jacob's Mikado or a Kimberly That reminds me, I need to put the kettle on. It's a bit friggin chilly & I need something warm inside me Yorkshire or Barry's ( I wouldn't say no ) :) A.C -
Thanks everyone. I did look in at the one above the chemist, seemed OK & the dark haired dentist lady seemed jolly & slightly bonkers ( which is nice ) . I'll check out the rest Also, I'm out on the raz on Saturday with a few friends, any pointers would be great ( are there any idiot free zones/places to avoid ) I can handle the odd cock but would rather avoid a whole room full of d*ckheads ;-) A.C

Tarot. You are a guy pretending to be a girl right ? ( say I'm right please, or are you single handedly trying to undo years of striving toward equality ) Just wondering :) A.C
