We have lived off Upland Road for 17 years. Never has our cellar flooded. Last night we came back home to find at least half a foot of water in the cellar. Flooding the whole cellar. We have a membrane with a concrete floor. No sign of leak. So assumed it must be water table or underwater diversion? I know that Thames water have been doing a lot of work in the area. Then this morning it has all totally disappeared? Any ideas anyone?

My daughters piano teacher moved to another area. We are looking for a new teacher. Preferably some one that comes to the house.
