Hi, what's Dave's hourly rate pls?

It might be worth starting a separate thread solely to alert people of the petition headed something like "Petition against....blah blah blah" with any links.

Are there 2 Andys who are handymen on here? I used Andy who has Andyman Services (surname Jacobs)? I ask because I used him based on glowing recommendations on here and I need someone else to go over his work it was so slap dash. If this is a different Andy I'd like to try him, could someone confirm?

Tried to pay today when I remembered but it seems I can't. Website talks about receiving a penalty notice. Presumably this comes in post, anyone know over which timescale? Penalty seems severe for a mere oversight.

I've several friends who have moved from ED and FH to Penge. They have so much more for their money with plenty of roon for the kids and a visit is easy on the 176.

As its just for a weekend could you not stay at an airport hotel near Gatwick? Wouldn't be self-catering though but shouldn't break the bank and it might solve your problem.

i agree with you Applespider, Vauxhall is an absolute nightmare. It was given token "improvements" a few years ago but still massively inadequate especially at rush hour. I'm trying to find a good doctor's surgery. I've tried both Melbourne Grove and the Gardens but they both have their problems, with maybe the Gardens being marginally better in certain areas. Does anyone know of a good, or even half good, practice that I could register with?
