Its very well being idealistic but Parents have to have a "reality check" and anyone with an oz of "savvy" could have told her the inevitable outcome. I do mean "inevitable" sadly. Peer pressure means many kids don't do "different" its sad to say.
  4. It can also be used to say that Guys from a disadvantaged, tough background made it "against the odds" and so they are, naturally imo not so likely to be taken in by the argument/theory that disadvantage has to be mean failure in later life. The attitude being if "we" all kept out of trouble and lived "decent" lives coming from large Estates then so can "others" before and after them if they have the desire and passion and abilty to do it and want to change their situation.

Thankfully a happy ending but I'm sorry when I saw "Waverley" come after tales of her being different i.e Very clever, I knew that "bullying" was a certainty having lived in Peckham and being very familiar with that infamous seat of learning ( Not ! ).... I'm really pleased for her and the fact that they could not break her spirit.

Well not actually "Death" but it is a Mott tune and it is (almost) topical. p.p.s. Not that I'm a fellow fan but I did note the "Honaloochie"

I'm not but I did once conceal a paper I bought in a Supermarket as I suddenly realised that I did not have enough money for Dog food for Fido and the paper. I still feel guilty and I'm not even a Catholic. p.s. The name of "Fido" has been protected as I'm aware he would be guilty by association for my inexcusable behaviour.

Lets keep it to ourselves but I have it on good authority that they are x, xx, xx, x, xx and xx. ( I have sent the unscrambled answers to you by PM ) . P.S. A little tip when doing the lottery numbers. Try to choose the numbers after 31 as many people do "Birthdays" and this reduces the prospect of sharing with too many people should you be fortunate. It would be interesting if 1,2,3,4,5,6 came in as there would probably be 100,000 "Winners" lol

I can not really explain that PeckhamRose except to say that my friend who was a long-term Biker had the same problem. They were looking for Hells Angels links with him that did not exist.
