    Hello! Need some advice please about the car park at Tessa Jowell centre. I stupidly forgot to enter my car registration details and didn’t realise until I’d got home. I can prove I was there having tests and so that isn’t a problem as I shall try and contest the fine when it arrives. My question is,…What if you just drive in and there are no parking spaces so you just drive straight out again? Is a fine issued then too? Thank you!

    I received this email 24th May Thank you for your email. You should receive the rebate in your bank in the next 2 weeks or so. They are being paid out in weekly batches due to the high volume of eligible residents

    I rang them yesterday and was told that I could expect it by the end of May?.we?ll see!

    Not sure how they?re working it out. When I rang to enquire, I was told it?s being done in batches. As I said, it doesn?t make much sense as most people I know and immediate neighbours had the rebate early April. He couldn?t understand why I was querying it!

    Haven?t had mine yet either. Band D and I pay by DD. I?ve sent a message via their website. Most people I know have received the rebate already.

    Efficient and reliable Tom fitted some extra sockets for me and hung my new ceiling light. He also fitted a new dimmer switch as the old one wasn?t working properly. Highly recommend and will be using him again for any electrical work I need doing

    I saw someone lying on the floor at the junction of Silvester and Barry Road when I drove past at approximately 6pm. Silvester Road had been closed off by roadwork signs and there were several people there. I do hope the person is ok.

    Further update to say that some of the keys were found close to the junction of Henslowe and Underhill Road. They had been thrown into a bush! If you could check your front gardens for keys, a charger or small tools we would be grateful, thank you! And a huge thank you to the person who found them!

    We don't want violence or trouble, just the property returned. Much too late for that I expect. Support from the police would be very welcome.

    There must be support workers attached to this place. I?d like to find out who oversees it. And yes, it makes you want to take matters into your own hands. I wonder if they had stolen from a police officer or their family the protocol would be the same?
