Gladys Knight has been missing since 20th February I live in soames st, my garden back onto gardens in copleston and bellenden road, she is friendly but timid. this is completely out of character. PLEASE PLEASE can you keep your eyes open for her. She is long & skinny with distinctive markings on her nose she is a grey tabby with lots of white & her back legs are quite spindley as she had a really serious accident a few years ago. I'm beside myself please please you don't have to be sure it's her, any call is better than nothing. many many thanks The furpack & me miss her and am really worried. O7444538737 Amanda

UPDATE:Link now shows update. This is a link to video of cat being stolen in tooting. There was another cat stolen from mitcham around 11th Nov and was found in streatham. Please share this as someone must know the thing that stole her. Please be careful if your cats go out the front of your property. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1066822183804982/permalink/1947222482431610/

Just wondering what you would do if an estate agent, fixed a sign to the shared front gate and now, what with the wind the other night, it fell down, bringing the gate with it. I called the estate agents, I was told don't worry, the company we use has insurance for this sort of thing, someone will sort it out tomorrow, they took my address and number. Arrived home next day, gate still lying in garden, the sale agreed sign is now put into the mortar of the brick wall. I'm pretty annoyed. What would you do and what would you expect the estate agency do?

I don't think celia hammond will be able to help, they are having to send cats away as overflowing. I know if it was a female, they would, as they try their best to stop the litters, being a neutered Tom, I doubt it. Also I can't get to him to take him anywhere for next few days and my brother relies on me for his own cats. I'm hoping in the next few days someone will notice him missing, if he lives around there, failing that I have ordered another scanner, so when I get there I can take photo and scan him. I'll message lesley from hammond to see if anyone available to at least pop in and scan. I really don't think they will be able to take him. He's, safe, warm and fed at moment, please let him be chipped and have a good owner.

Does anyone know who owns a ginger cat that hangs around Crystal Palace road near Goodrich Road end and around the small shop. Can't get him scanned yet as no scanner, he is in my brothers bathroom since yesterday as he sees him there and has been there for over a year and someone feeds him out in there garden, who thought he belongs to pub on corner, however pub do not own him. The reason why my brother took him home is because the cat has gone blind or partially blind and was walking out in front of moving cars. He cannot take photo and I can't get there for few days, so whilst he's safe and warm for now, just wondering if anyone can shed some light on whether they know him or if they know owners as he cannot be out and does need vets as could be a number of illnesses that's caused his blindness.

Thanks for your reply, we are both leaseholders and the freeholder is southwark council. The council say its the responsibility of the leaseholder, they don't get involved. The building insurance covers external issues, and they told me I would have to claim and all they would do is make my electrics safe, ie turn off from fuse box, however all my lights are on same circuit board for half my flat, which would leave me in the dark! Plus they said even if it is a leak from leaseholder upstairs, I would have to pay £500 excess, not the neighbour. I may just have to call a solicitor for advice. Her dad told me Sunday they are not calling a plumber as he doesn't believe it is from their flat, and told me to shut up. So after living here 42 years I now have a neighbour who basically doesn't care whether my property is getting damaged. I had to say to the dad that he is making the situation worse and the longer the leak is left the more damage and I will have to take it to court. Considering it's my property getting damaged since 16th and plumber called 18th, it should have been me getting angry. Anyhow I think the only way to get advice is thru a solicitor as this is the, second leak since April and her stopcock in garden doesn't work so if this happens again I will be in same situation except I am getting my bathroom refurbished and will be worse if I get a leak from upstairs again.

Hello all, Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. Regarding leak from upstairs, not sure who to contact when neighbour being totally inconsiderate. I thought I would write to leaseholders, however not sure of address. I have been told the building insurance would cover southwark to see if they can do any work to my lights and ceiling, however I've been told I would have to claim and I would have to pay the £500 excess, which is pretty unfair for me to have to pay! Would be nice to have considerate neighbours as It stands at moment, 3 days after leak, they called plumber, regardless my property being flooded and through my ceiling lights. The supply to the part it leaked from was turned off and the leak hasn't been fixed, which is causing me to not be able to use my lights plus pointless me calling electrician to check my lights, as when the plumber visits again, he told me he has to use a hearing device to find leak as pipes in concrete floor, and to allow him to do this the supply will have to be turned on again, which means for whatever lenght of time it takes to find where leak is, my ceiling will be flooded again. Thanks in advance

Well I always turn my engine of and take keys out before getting my dog out of the car, keeping in mind, keys left in engine running, going to back to get dog out. Sorry but no excuse as far as I'm concerned.
