If you have no luck in Sainsbury's, I saw plain white cake boxes in one of the '?1' shops on Sydenham Road. I think it was a 3pack for something like ?2.50. The shop in on the left hand side and a couple of shops up from Superdrug. I think they close at 6 or 6.30pm.

MP, I don't recall Alison compaining about this to Joe, her very lovely husband (Medium), though the spooks have turned up while shes been in the bath.

I cried the whole way through the service and slept the rest of the day. For years after my mum would tell me she dreamt about me with my gran, me as a baby with my gran watching over my cot. So now when I'm feeling low and I get that feeling of a shiver (without the shake), I like to think that it's my gran's there comforting me. Weirdly, my little one once told me that as she passed my bedroom door, she saw an old lady standing over me watching me sleep!

I've read quite a few of these threads concerning the giving away of free stuff and I think it's a load of nonsense. Why sit lording it over an old TV or some saucepans you're never going to use? How many posts do you need before you're worthy of receiving someone else's junk? I've noticed in the past the same names asking for Tvs and other things, but who's to know they received them? Also the idea of checking previous posts is a stupid one. If you were to check mine it would tell you next to nothing, so how would you rate me? I've requested free items, bought many more and helped out via the wanted section, but most of this is done by PM. Some of you seem to have a need to gripe when there are obvious ways around this. If you've got something to give away and you expect a bottle of wine or something else in return, don't head your post free, use swap instead. If you suspect the person collectimg an item is wanting to sell it on, either do as Louisiana does and send them away empty-handed or if you don't have the heart to do that, name the person the item went to at the end of your thread. Otherwise sell at a nominal price, but keep the price out of the header. Simple.

I agree and especially where children are involved. When my sister was 13, she and a couple of friends left school at lunchtime to buy some chips. The were walking along a busy main road when they were flashed. In the first instance they were shocked, but that led to feeling so affronted, they chased him. They didn't catch up with him, but twenty-five years later I can see it still makes her angry when she mentions it. I have to admit, when she told me they had chased him I did laugh but only because it's just what I would have expected her to have done.

People joining need to feel they can speak openly about their issues and learn from others dealing with the same thing. This is probably easier to do without onlookers. Search online or speak to mental health charities about how you could best support your friend.
