  1. Hi - I've just put an ad on the forum about my flat that is soon to be ready for new tenants. It's a great flat....and tenants are always happy there - right next to East Dulwich Station on St. Francis Road. I am showing it this Saturday, March 8, from 2-4pm. Just let me know if you might like to arrange to see it. Bests, Rebecca
  2. Hi - I have a great flat in ED that will be ready to let again next month. I am arranging viewings this Saturday, March 8, between 2-4pm. I have listed it on Spare Room. Rent is £2,200pcm and the flat is a top floor Victorian conversion, very spacious and sunny and the two bedrooms are large. Totally refurbished just over a year ago with a new kitchen and loft conversion. There is also a cloakroom loo, small utility room, great sized lounge, study/home office or nursery and large family bathroom. NO AGENTS PLEASE - I prefer to meet tenants and have been committed to making tenants happy for over 15 years. The flat is unfurnished, so it is most ideal for tenants wanting to make a home, though I will accept a short let if the situation is right. Currently, two professionals have been letting the flat and that has worked well to buddy up, but equally it could suit a family with one child. Reach out if you are interested. Thanks! 3. We had help recently from Martin 07747042686, when we got as far as we could with an IKEA kitchen and he helped us progress the job at a reasonable rate. He was reliable with timings as well and has the kit to cut worktops, etc., so that was what we were looking for!

  5. Hi - I have been looking into doing a loft conversion on my one bed flat in East Dulwich - not a conservation area - and it seems difficult to know what it is possible to do. Some builders offer inspiring ideas and others exercise caution as to what it is possible to do....so any past experiences with this that you can share would be fab! Thanks!
