I agree, many EA's are dodgy and don't help at all. Look at my Acorn thread - I have experienced it first hand! I just think we get a bad rep! In terms of the cars, I ask because I am trying to get together some idea for using more green cars for EA's. Most journeys are short and quick, so using gas guzzlers is quite silly!

No 'kerplunk'! We are providing a SERVICE - trying to sell houses for people. Litter wardens/traffic wardens (as exposed by numerous TV documentaries), actually abuse their positions all the time. I saw one traffic warden today swoop on a lorry trying to unload by Barclays. He does it each day. I actually saw him taly up the ticket before waiting 5 mins (they legally have to do it). When I mentioned this to him, he mumbled in a foreign language and walked off. How can trying to sell your house be put on the same level?

I just hate us getting some much stick when we are just trying to do our jobs!

Lordship Lane is really dangerous - I think another crossing is needed. I am guilty of running across between traffic! In summer it is worse with people spilling onto the pavements from pubs etc, etc.

It mostly is! They drive like bats out of hell round here. Maybe they should remember to slow down when they see the flowers by the 12 bus stop by Peckham Rye, where a school girl was dragged across the road until her death.

I agree! I have not seen them do anything! Also, they must leave nails etc, etc, lying about as 4 people in my offer have got punctures on North Cross Road.

He is harmless I think. I am not in Co-Op house but my mate is. He faces the back so noise not really an issue...
