  2. This is common practice for ale drinkers and has been going on for a few years. Its not snobbery, why should you waste money on a pint you might dislike? Makes sense to me.
  3. The most well connected and in the know pundit for me is Guillem Balague.

  6. Having a fall out with Ferguson is nothing to "crow" about as most of the media and many within the sport have done so at some point. Can't think why.
  7. Chris Waddle is woeful, the best commentator/pundit for me is Jonathan Pearce. It used to be Barry Davies who was always articualte, intelligent, and knowledgable. For me he was miles ahead of Motty who is knowledgable but has no presence.
  8. Brown eyed handsome man - Buddy Holly

  10. Now that handsome devil Gary Neville has retired, please spare us all from having him inflicted upon as a replacement Sky pundit for the departed Andy "Take A bow son" Gray. Please Sky, don't do it.
  11. I think it is, the financial incentives involved with a move are far greater now than they were 20 or 30 years ago
  12. Southern nights - Glenn Campbell
  13. Keef, loved the sulky little girl comparison, also adopted by the likes of Drogba, Anelka, Ronaldo, Henry, Cantona, Bellamy, Ginola, Berbatov in the past, to name but a few.

  15. The days of the one club player are long gone, I sort of understand the outrage, but stopped being outraged and surprised by the mercenary attitude of modern day players years ago
  16. My son likes beans with sausages, mash, and fried onions.

  20. Beans are great piled high on a buttered jacket spud and a sprinkling of mature cheese. Tasty.

And it goes without saying I wouldn't be happy for either of these two to win anything at all.
