I class this plant a weed! It spread all over front garden. Could not get rid of it. Have now had professionals in to clear the space, weedkiller, put weed matting down, pebbles on top etc. They finished a month ago and it's poking through already. Has been really hard to get rid of every single tiny bit of root. ANY IDEAS WELCOME for getting rid of it for good?! Thanks!

Just wanted to shout about the FANTASTIC training sessions I do on Monday evening and Saturday mornings on Peckham Rye with Tim from One Element. I started last summer after my second baby and managed to get fit quick - so I am now training for the London Marathon in April this year. Tim recently posted on here which I've copied below for more info. BUT I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE who wants to get their exercise fix outside without having to stay in a boring gym all summer. Have been out of the loop recently as it turns out George has had silent reflux for the past month and still going so things a bit tough!
