Landscape Gardener Recommendation - Gardenia Gardens
SaffronG replied to Steve Robson's topic in Reviews
Another recommendation for Helen, Steve and team. Great ideas, put a lot of hard work in and nice to have around. Helen knew exactly what I was after and Steve and Helen communicated really well together. Def recommend Gardenia Gardens. Saffron -

I class this plant a weed! It spread all over front garden. Could not get rid of it. Have now had professionals in to clear the space, weedkiller, put weed matting down, pebbles on top etc. They finished a month ago and it's poking through already. Has been really hard to get rid of every single tiny bit of root. ANY IDEAS WELCOME for getting rid of it for good?! Thanks!

Just wanted to shout about the FANTASTIC training sessions I do on Monday evening and Saturday mornings on Peckham Rye with Tim from One Element. I started last summer after my second baby and managed to get fit quick - so I am now training for the London Marathon in April this year. Tim recently posted on here which I've copied below for more info. BUT I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE who wants to get their exercise fix outside without having to stay in a boring gym all summer. It's fun, there's a great gang of people doing it and we have a laugh. You can do a free trial session too.... http://www.one-element.co.uk/locationdetail.php?id=9 Hello there! Now that spring is on its way wouldn't you like to start getting fit outdoors? At our One Element sessions on Peckham Rye, we believe that the best fitness results are achieved together outdoors, not on your own stuck in a gym. We are a group of mostly Peckham and ED-based mums, looking for new men and women to join our ranks at the fun and rewarding circuit-training sessions. The sessions change every week to make sure that you get are always challenged, get a 360 degree work-out and that you never get bored! First session is free so why not join us on Peckham Rye Mondays at 7.30pm or Saturdays at 9.00am. You can find us by the tree-stump on the North-West side where Tim the trainer will be standing with his flag. Any more questions, don't hesitate to reply.

Anna - 10k sounds great well done! Think I'm a bit far off from that. Have been out of the loop recently as it turns out George has had silent reflux for the past month and still going so things a bit tough! Now on medication though so fingers crossed I'll be joining you for runs in the park and more importantly cake in the cafe soon! Hi to all! Saff
