I have used Andy for many years, and he has just finished what turned out to be a far bigger job than I envisaged. I am presently living overseas and needed to have my property renovated before I could rent it out again. Andy came over and quoted me a very fair price for decorating the house, apart from the kitchen and bathroom, which were to be done by someone else. Andy not only did an excellent job in redecorating the rooms as discussed, but as often happens with renovation work, tackled the many problems which arose which we hadn't foreseen. Andy discussed each issue with me discussing together what needed to be done. He organised other workmen to come in to carry out repairs he wasn't qualified to undertake and I was equally happy with their work carried out too. Andy worked long hours at my property as the job eventually took a lot longer than either of us had expected. Besides the painting, he repaired door handles, fixed doors that weren't closing, repainted an enamel bath, organised for light fittings to be changed, found someone to remove a faulty alarm, and hundreds of other little (and not so little) jobs that I couldn't foresee needed doing at the start of this project. I trust Andy implicitly. He has held the keys to my property and allowed me to have deliveries made to his home address on days he knew there would be no-one at my property to accept them. Trying to manage all of this from 6000 miles away would have been impossible, if it were not for Andy and his helpful attitude. I honestly don't know how I would have completed this renovation without his help. Being a landlord, I will no doubt need his help again and in the meantime recommend him very highly for any type of work you need done.

I?ve used Andy and Richard several times over the last few years. I live overseas and rent out my property and whenever I have a problem, large or small, I can rely on these guys to sort it out for me. A year ago they repaired, repointed, and then painted all of the outside of my property and did a really good job. They have just completed some smaller inside jobs that needed doing. My tenants have always found them very pleasant to be around, and when the house was unoccupied, I could leave the keys with Andy and Richard to get on with the work that needed to be done. I can only vouch for the work they?ve done for me, but they?ve done all sorts of jobs and I?ve never had any problems with them. I?m happy to recommend these guys and will continue to use them for any work I need to have done.

I would like to add my endorsement of Andy and Richard. I contacted Andy to give me a quote for redecorating my bathroom and a few other repairs to my property. I liked Andy immediately and trusted him enough to give him the keys to my property and let him get on with the job without any interference or delays. He finished the job within the time quoted and at a reasonable price. The work was done to a very good standard and he took the time to call and check with me if he needed to do or buy anything, that might cause extra expense. I only met Richard once but he struck me as another very hard-working and knowledgeable guy. Gave me advice on a few jobs that I hadn't noticed would need doing fairly soon and if not carried out would prove more difficult and expensive to deal with later.
