Huguenot I have just had a friend contact me regarding your first post which I did not see before I posted my last thread so although I said I was going to deal with this away from the forum I am so furious I am going to answer your questions: Yes whilst the guy was kicking my main door and banging on fragile side stain glass window panes (which are now cracked) and shouting through the letterbox I was on the phone 999 reporting the incident. Yes I do have a crime number Yes two police officers arrived at my house after the guy had driven off No I havent been to the police station as they have not asked me too No I have not been contacted by Victim Support - we have organised our own counselling. Would you like to come and meet my daughters and explain to them that it is weird? I trust this clears up any reservations that you had.

Kford, yes there are two people writing comments under tibby mainly my husband who as Huguenot points out uses no punctuation or capitals and myself (the wife) who was the actual victim along with our children. I apoloise if our style of writing is not identical, one of us cleary had a better education. If you wish to look back on other post where we have posted you will see that it is mainly by husband who posts from his "style of writing" My husband only posted on here to warn others to be careful, I posted once it seemed more sensible for me to write the thread. It is exaclty because of comments such as these that I actually do not post on here. There is nothing weird about this thread, I still have 2 little girls scared to be in their own home and who have now to under go counselling to try and help them come to terms with what has happened to us.. all for the sake of someone getting as far as the old kent road. Thank you to all the forum users who have posted and sent private messages to us but we will now just get on with dealing with the fall out of the events last wednesday privately and away from the forum

He was approximately 6ft, slim build, black, shaven head although he had a hood up, a puffa type jacket which my 6 year said was brown.. He had around his neck a scarf but a hankerchief type which was pale blue check with tassles on it. Thank you to everyone who has sent messages. I have often read threads on here regarding crimes that have been committed but never thought I would be posting such a crime. Our two daughters who are 6 and 8 heard the whole incident and it has left the traumatised, neither will go anywhere or be anywhere in the house on their own without my husband or I with them. They wont sleep on their own, wake up crying and dont want to be at home at more.. I understand how they feel as I now will not even open the door to let our cat out. In time I know my children and I will feel safe again, or at least I hope so but as I type this my youngest is asleep with her hand gripping my arm and my eldest twitching away in such a restless sleep that I know if I move she will wake up. What gives anyone the right to cause this much distress to people. The car has not been seen since I watched it being driven off down towards Scutari Road/Forest Hill Road.

Fairlawns School Nursery- feedback sought urgently!
tibby replied to bjm's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Our daughter went to Fairlawn nursery and loved it as did we! The teaching staff are all lovely and it is a very happy environment with lots of stimulation through play. Both our daughters are now at Fairlawn Primary School in Years 2 and 4 and are thriving, our elder daughter was not fortunate to go to the nursery as we were to far out of the catchment area at the time she needed to attend nursery but it allowed us to know that Fairlawn was the right choice by the comparsions we were able to make. Please feel free to PM if you want to ask anymore questions. -
