Am fairly new to the forum, but feel I need to add my say. As a fish lover I have been to the seacow many times since it's opening and always been a big fan. I had noticed the last few times that I've got fish and chips to take away, that it was not made to order, resulting in dry overcooked fish. I had assumed this might have been due to late hour(nearly closing) rather than a general approach to cooking. However I ate there last friday eve and the haddock and chips was absolutely faultless, the service was spot on too. Hope this helps them get back on track, would be a shame to see it go.

Ah! found previous thread looks like I had a lucky escape, sounds like the very same man, who says they will be in the area at 1pm tomorrow etc. Even gave some schpeel about how somone else on the street is paid up to new year!

Couldn't find the previous thread... What is the scam? A man (didn't catch his name) just called round to my house offering window cleaning tomorrow? Said it would be ?10 for front of the house. Haven't given him any money.
