hey guys we have had endless problems with BT broadband. They seem unable to send us a bill, and then cut us off for not paying it. We have spoken to many people from BT who have claimed to put it right, but they never do. I have filed a formal complaint with the Ombudsmen who said they couldnt help, and with BT who have ignored us. Should I go to Ofcom next? Has anyone else been in a similar situation where you feel no one can help? Tom
