Another recommendation for Roger and Critter Solutions. We had both mice (longstanding problem that defied all our attempts to trap them) and rats (new arrival. Both now dealt with. I particularly like that Roger will return as often as needed for up to 18 months. Super helpful too: he helped me retrieve some keys from beneath floorboards, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

I've also had good experiences with The Gardens. I couldn't recommend DMC in Crystal Palace Road. My experience was that they take on far more patients than they can really take care of. When they couldn't give me an appointment they used to send me the to a walk-in clinic in Peckham.
