    There's a pet shop in the indoor market in Peckham, near the station, they sell fish. There's also Phoebes in Catford or Supreme Animal Foods in Lewisham. I would recommend Supreme Animal Foods they provide lots of advice and the fish are very healthy.

    Hi. We used Simon Orchard, he was great. Very relaxed two hour session at our home. Photos were lovely, very creative. There were lots the baby and family shots too. Simon gives you a CD with the images and then you can print them. He can arrange printing too but there is no obligation to do this. [email protected] and his website is simonorchard.com.

    I always find them very friendly. Love the coffee. I often take my baby and my dog. I got a free baguette yesterday! Would agree about Aneto, they are very friendly and welcoming.

    Try 100% rye bread (the dark one in the packets) with a boiled egg. Start with one slice; if that still causes a spike try half a slice. Also try going for a walk after meals. That worked for me. Good luck. Mushrooms also good for breakfast. Re smoked salmon - check whether smoked products ok in pregnancy. Good luck.
