Hi everyone, I live in Lambeth near Herne Hill and am looking for architect recommendations. Experience of Lambeth planning regulations would be useful but basically I'm looking for someone with imagination who would be willing to undertake a small project eeking out living space for a family of four. Oh and they also have to be reasonably priced ;-). Hope you can help. Rachael

I have a three and a half year old and am looking for a nursery place three full days a week. Does anyone know anywhere with current vacancies in the Herne Hill area? We live near Brockwell Park. Everywhere I go has huge waiting lists of around a year or more - at which point we will nearly be starting school. The nursery situation in this area is so frustrating. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks so much!
