Thank's To James for all his Effort, the reply from them was pathetic, I have phoned that customer line many times and used the link 3 times with the result of two reference No's. They say that they are not aware of an issue with Silvester rd sorting office and no report's of missing mail, if there is a problem contact east dulwich direct, that is not true look at the queue out side on Saterday mornings, the post office do not answer the phone and severn pages over 5334 posts on this forum are all about nothing? some one should be taken to court, is missing mail a criminal offence? if so who should be prosecuted.
