    We also used Bespoke to replace our wooden sash windows not cheap but look just like the originals four large windows in and out in two days. Bob S

    Now have notification via amazon my parcel was delivered yesterday 2.15 PM no signature no proof no parcel do Royal mail compensate for losses. Bob S

    They were not aware of the Glitch until this morning as it only happened last night and customers stated call to day I would much prefer them to sort my problem out in less than 5 minuets than waste time ringing up to apologise. Bob S

    Called Bulb this morning very pleasant and understanding team member explained computer billing glich ,put back to original plan but said that there would be a price increase but we where told that 2 months ago so no surprise there.Very pleased with customer service. Bob S

    The staff have been told they will be relocated to Peckham Highshore Rd. They will be driven to ED in the morning to start their walk's but will have to make their own way back walk/Bus this is at the moment I understand they are not happy with this arrangement and talks are on going. Bob S
