leta replied to apenn's topic in The Family Room Discussion
hi if she is a childminder she must be registered with NCMA-insurance. You could ask or have a chat if her insurance NCMA covers this accident ?????Could say that is her buggy or your buggy(dont know witch one is better). I pay NCMA insurance every year and dont know what covers(silly me):) Have a try. :) -

MY SON IS 3 GOING 4 .HE STILL WAKES UP IN THE YEARLY MORNING (LIKE 4AM) TO COME INTO MY BED. COMING IN TO MY BED IS K BUT BECAUSE IS WAKING UP AT 4AM I DID NOT LIKE IT,BUT HE GEST WANTS A WARM CUDLE AT 4 AM:)) FROM EARLY AGE A DID NOT WORRY WHEN IS HE EATING WHEN IS HE SLEPING(HE WAS GOOD WITH SLEAPING ANYWAY). TO MANY RULES IN THIS DAYS SLEAP NOW,EAT NOW. I HAVE 2 CHILDREN (ENOUGH FOR ME) AND I AM LOOKING AT THEM AND THINK :WHERE IS THE TIME GONE? THIS ARE THE MOMENTS THAT WE HAVE WITH THEM ,,,COUPLE OF YEARS UNTIL THEY START TO WANT THEY OWN TIME ALONE. I THINK WE NEED TO RELAX A BIT AND GIVE THEM WHEN THEY WANT TO EAT AND ETC...SLEAP,TIME TO PLAY. THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION,,BUT ALL THE BEST IN WHAT YOU DECIDE

My daughter is nearly 8. i pay her 1? when she helps me with the house chores(not her chores). if se helps me everyday i give her everyday(but is never everyday:))).Now she put all of them away. you could give her everytime she helps you extra (to see that she earn the cash) and if she puts all away till weekend then she have for her clothes. Teches them to be responsible and learn how to earn the money

Free early learning - how does it work?
leta replied to sophiechristophy's topic in The Family Room Discussion
3 and half more likely. my son"s birthday is in sep and i was lucky that the school had january intakes or else i would have to wait until sept when he would be 4. It depend v much when your daughter is born(the month). Now they dont take january intakes so my son was lucky but he still has to wait until sept 2012 to start reception. So he will be in nursery for 1 year and half. Usualy you have to put her name down with a year befor starting,,,,,some they dont even have place. Hope it helps -
Au pair usualy is for young people from other countries (that has no responsability usualy). They work in your home and they do everythink you dont want or dont have the time to do.People say 5 6 hour but usualy are more then that. A friend of mine is an au pair and she is paid 120? a week.A lot of them they say is to learn english but most of them work for money. Its a job,a hard job and i think 60? is v small money even if you provide for them the necesary. but yes there is a catch -going to the main subject.Something smells very fishy about it regards

HI ALL I was looking at my little ones how much enjoy cooking, I dont have a big kitchen(in fact is very small),i dont know how to make cookies(i can learn i know, but by the time i finish work happy to gest read a story). We are all good at something and not very good at other thinks. Anyway i was thinking if someone can start a cookery class(affordable ones!!!). Couple of children (coming with couple ingredients or not)charge small amount per child to attend,on a saturday afternoon. I think that will suit a person that wants extra income(with a big kitchen and lotts of pacience). The children loves interaction, socialising, and have fun cooking. My ones they keep asking to cook with them but i cant always do that(shame on me). So ,,what do you think? Gest an ideea(maybe a funny one, maybe not)
