I need some walnut and brazil nuts in their shell in a couple of days for allergy challenge. Anyone know of anywhere that I can buy locally?

great if there was something available for older kids. 12 year olds don't tend to want to be around such young children. Something to keep them off the streets, exhilarating exciting and also calmer activities would be fantastic to keep them off the streets or playing computer games all day destroying their mental health. If anyone knows of any?

Hi LMI we used petal cleanse by bio life to introduce a cat into our family. You wipe their fur with it for 2 weeks initialltly. Grafualky we stopped using it and it's fine for us.We keep the cat away from bedrooms, and always away from tables and kitchen surfaces (yuk). It's the dander on their fur that's the problem they say. Worked for us. You can get it online.

Any one have their child on the gaps diet?
bobbly replied to bobbly's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Gaps is a dietry plan for specific conditions....not every one can eat everything...though I appreciate that you may be trying to help, but I am familiar with basic nutrition. I am still looking to talk to people who have used the Gaps diet successfully as well as unsuccessfully. -
Any one have their child on the gaps diet?
bobbly replied to bobbly's topic in The Family Room Discussion
It's not that scary in my experience, and I didn't do the fasting thing with him just used some principles of the diet. It is scientifically recognised that refined foods are not considered to be healthy. There are other aspects of this article that do not respond to her claims directly. Anyway I digress, thanks for the info Edmummy, but I am mindful that this post will deviate. Could any Gaps followers please Pm me. Many thanks -
Hi, My son was on this a while back, and thinking of putting him on it again. Would like to make contact with anyone who has been using it for a while to know if it has been successful? Pm me with your details if you are happy for me to make contact with you.

Double burglary Landells Road (November 24)
bobbly replied to Sharchat's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I am not stressing sue I just need to put some new locks on my windows for insurance purposes, so just enquiring about which ones to buy so I don't purchases anything inadequate. To be honest i often bemused when people tell me to be careful as there have been some burglaries in the area. I, like you, just take sensible precautions in my own home and crack on with life. -

bobbly replied to Sharchat's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
SORRY TO HEAR that sharchat, at least you are all ok, physically, though I guess its the psychological impact of burglary that you are experiencing now. I do hope it does not affect you in the long term. there have been a spate of burglaries and attempted burglaries carried out this way. did you have window locks? and if so which ones, be good to know which ones to avoid if this is the case, or if there is anything else that we could install to protect ourelves better and of course yourself to give you peace of mind. -

bobbly replied to Curmudgeon's topic in The Family Room Discussion
If you are referring to the small balls of skin, then I had mine removed by threading. Can't remember her name, she was based in monkeys in Brixton. Not painful either. -

The other thing you could try is the marble jar idea as previously suggested, but not necessarily reward with a treat. Sometimes there is satisfaction in acknowledging good behaviour. It can be said that this is enough. Treats can come anyway as they do from time to time. It's often said that bad behaviour is often a result of seeking attention. If attention is given to good behaviour then the child is most likely to repeat the good behaviour as it gets them the attention they want. I always notice when I become slack at acknowledging my childs good behaviour, he starts playing up!

Boys bedroom curtains/decor - HELP before I go mad
bobbly replied to pebbles's topic in The Family Room Discussion
The spotty roman blinds fabric is still available actually, I made something similar for hello sailors girls room, you can just have the themed fabric on the accessories such as cushion covers etc..feel free to contact me on that. Also I made my 6 year old blinds out of fabric with a world map on it... He loves it and every night I ask him questions on where countries are in relation to others and which countries are close to others... he loves it, and so do we.
