Although the streets are lovely, its extremely quiet and deserted on an evening which I find quite scary. Personally from 930pm onwards I call a cab to pick me up from Denmark Hill to drive me home which costs a fiver. It may just be me being overly cautious as I would do this wherever I lived in London if the streets were that quiet.
