I use Sydenham Hill station alot, the trains now run into Victoria every 15 mins after 9.30am always get a seat and have never had any trouble. I would also agree with Gerrard a lovely little station.

James, why not Haberdasher Knights Academy he should be in the catchment area for that and if he's bright... Also what about St Olaves fantastic school my son also applied there http://www.saintolaves.net/? The waiting game is awful I do feel for you. However my son is very happy at Knights and is doing very well, lots of activities outside school and some great school trips.

Knights is more for Sports, any other thoughts on other schools in the area, as you are local?

My son is At Haberdasher Askes Knights Academy fingers crossed my daughter will join him next September, we applied to both Askes schools and he passed the exam yet Knights was given despite the other being our first choice and being closer to home!!
